Insurance & Fees
Making Therapy Accessible and Straightforward
Starting therapy should feel clear and manageable, not confusing or stressful. At Camp Creek Counseling, we aim to be transparent about insurance, fees, and payment options so you can make informed decisions and focus on your care.

Insurance Coverage
Camp Creek Counseling is in-network with a number of insurance providers. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage clients to confirm benefits directly with their insurance company. Our office is also happy to help answer general questions and guide you through the process.
In-network insurance plans currently accepted include:
Aetna
Allegiance
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Cigna
EBMS
First Choice Health Administration
GEHA
Montana Medicaid
Mountain Health CO-OP
Medicare Part B (Montana)
PacificSource Health Plans
Railroad Medicare
Tricare West
UnitedHealthcare
Insurance participation may change over time. Please contact us to confirm current availability and coverage details.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
We accept Employee Assistance Program benefits through Lyra and ComPsych. EAPs can provide a set number of therapy sessions at little or no cost to you. If you are unsure whether your employer offers EAP benefits, we recommend checking with your HR department. Our office can also help you understand how to activate and use these benefits.
Self-Pay and Cash Rates
For clients who prefer not to use insurance, self-pay options are available. Cash rates can be arranged upon request and may be a good fit for those seeking greater privacy or flexibility. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Sliding Scale Fees
We recognize that financial circumstances vary, and cost should not be a barrier to receiving care. Sliding scale fee options may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship.
Eligibility is determined through a brief application process that helps us understand your situation and identify a fair session rate. Sliding scale availability is limited and reviewed periodically.
To apply for a sliding scale rate:
Please complete the sliding scale fee application linked below. Once submitted, our office will review the information and follow up with next steps.
Payment Methods
Accepted forms of payment may include:
• Credit and debit cards
• Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Specific payment options can be confirmed during scheduling.
Insurance Questions & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coverage limits. While we are happy to assist with general questions, insurance plans ultimately determine coverage and reimbursement.
If your insurance plan denies coverage or applies costs to your responsibility, payment remains the client’s responsibility.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services under the No Surprises Act. You may request this estimate before beginning therapy or at any point during treatment.
Questions About Fees or Coverage?
If you have questions about insurance, payment options, or financial arrangements, please reach out to our office. We aim to make the administrative side of therapy as clear and supportive as possible.
