Do you offer in-person or telehealth therapy?

 

Services may be offered in person or via secure telehealth, depending on availability and clinical fit. Telehealth services are provided in accordance with Montana licensing requirements.

 

 

What issues do you work with?

 

Camp Creek Counseling works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addictions, relationship challenges, and co-occurring concerns. Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

 

 

Do you accept insurance?

 

Yes. Camp Creek Counseling is in-network with several insurance providers and also accepts select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Coverage varies by plan, and clients are encouraged to confirm benefits directly with their insurer.

 

 

Do you offer sliding scale fees?

 

Sliding scale fee options may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Availability is limited and determined through an application process. More information is available on the Insurance & Fees page.

 

 

How long are therapy sessions?

 

Standard therapy sessions are typically around 50 minutes. Session length and frequency are discussed during scheduling and may be adjusted based on client needs.

 

 

How long does therapy last?

 

The length of therapy varies. Some clients attend therapy for a short period to address a specific concern, while others choose ongoing support. Therapy is guided by individual goals, progress, and circumstances.

 

 

Do you work with couples?

 

Yes. Couples therapy is offered using evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to support communication, connection, and relationship stability.

 

 

What can I expect in a first session?

 

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, goals, and background. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, discuss expectations, and determine whether the therapeutic approach feels like a good fit.
