What does my first session look like?

A 60 minute diagnostic session will take place via telehealth (in person starting once COVID-19 restrictions ease).  During this session Brian will ask many in-depth questions (called a Psychosocial Assessment) to get a feel for you as the client and your needs.

How long are typical sessions?

Typical sessions range in time from 50-55 minutes.

How fast does therapy work?

The therapeutic process can be short or lengthy depending on the client's needs.  The rate at which therapy works depends on how much work you are willing to put in.

I am in-network for many different insurance providers.  Call to ask about the most updated list of in-network options as they are constantly changing.
