ABOUT
Camp Creek Counseling is a small, private practice, counseling service located in the Gold Block on Last Chance Gulch in historic downtown Helena, Montana.
I do my best to create a non-judgmental space where you feel heard. I help by assisting you to explore your issues and struggles that you bring to each therapy session. I will also assist you to process your emotions and feelings and ultimately support you in your decisions. Through this process you can learn to understand and manage the issues and road blocks that seem insurmountable.
My personal and therapeutic beliefs are that all people inherently are resilient and strong. I use CBT, Narrative Therapy, Commitment Therapy, as well as other approaches that place a priority on trust, acceptance, and collaboration. Through this process you will come to peace with who you are and gain an understanding of the changes you wish to make.
